Please don’t throw cake at the DJs, but we have a double birthday. We invite local hero Makar @_makar_mkr from Strasbourg to celebrate her day of honor on our dancefloor. Throwing down all things House, UKG and the likes, she will be joined by Ready or Not residents van Goetz @goetzboy and also-birthday-boy Michael Ellis @that_ellis.
Upstairs, we have the honor to welcome the two Bretterbrudis Lutz @waitinglutz & Luede @luede161 for a fierce journey into all things Techno, all night long.
We discovered Makar where you would discover Makar: Behind the decks at @peniche.mecanique. The Strasbourg resident is no stranger to packed dancefloors and serious House vibes. Inspired by House Music scenes across Europe, her sets are full of soulful, Chicago and Ghetto House with a splash of UK Breaks and Garage. In 2019 she co-created the Strasbourg collective @_mal.e.s_ and hosted the show Makar[oni] on the Strasbourg webradio ODC Live, before joining @cymatiquerecs and the Compagnie Watt @cie_watt to accompany the house dancers of Strasbourg in order to create @club.in.house. Also a regular at @kalt.club and @lakulturestrasbourg, there is just no way around Makar. And that‘s a good thing.
